Queen's Rope

Personally handcrafted by the artist, the Queen's Rope makes for a beautiful accessory when worn long or rounded around your neck to create a stacked look. Rope Chain's length 40inches/100cms, not including the adjustable chain closure. A contemplative walk on the beach in Oman, collecting washed up broken shells, sowed the seeds for this collection. Using broken pieces & debris of old metal casting experiments, as if practicing the art of kintsugi, I channeled the making of something beautiful from leftover fragments of something whole, much like the DNA of a new born baby.
